Solution
We began with demolition and careful removal of the existing rear section, completing all groundwork, drainage and site preparation.
The new extension was built in brickwork with integrated structural steel, including a precisely formed arched brick opening.
A bespoke steel-framed window and door system with a large arched feature and full-height side panels was installed, together with a flat roof incorporating two large roof lanterns to pull light deep into the plan.
Internally, we completed plastering, coving and cornice work, fitted recessed lighting and feature pendants, and finished the space to a refined, contemporary standard.
