Solution
We installed structural steel using a crane, formed a new joisted roof with breathable membrane and re-roofed in clay tiles with flush-set PV panels and new rooflights.
Ground and first floor extensions created a generous open-plan rear space and new bedrooms.
The interior was reconfigured with new studwork, insulation and first-fix services, then finished with large-format marble-effect tiles, fluted glass screens, brassware, recessed niches and floating vanity units in the bathrooms.
Bespoke joinery, including a staircase with rooflight, fitted wardrobes and a walk-in dressing room, completed the transformation.
