Solution
We excavated and poured reinforced concrete slab foundations, then constructed cavity blockwork walls with facing brick to match the house.
Structural steel was installed to create a full-width opening from the existing property into the extension.
A warm flat roof with parapet and concealed drainage was formed to give a clean, contemporary look, completing a simple but highly effective upgrade to the rear of the home.
