Solution
We built a rear single-storey extension with a large roof lantern to flood the new open-plan living area with natural light, and a double-storey side extension that provided additional bedrooms and a high-spec bathroom.
Inside, we carried out a complete refurbishment including a bespoke staircase, herringbone flooring and premium joinery.
Externally, we installed a new roof, energy-efficient windows and fresh rendering, then landscaped the garden and formed a new patio to connect the house seamlessly to the outside space.
