Solution
We built a full-width rear extension using high-quality brick and block cavity construction to match the existing elevation.
Reinforced foundations and a new insulated concrete base were installed, along with structural steel beams to create an open-plan layout.
A warm flat roof with multiple skylight openings and a high-performance EPDM covering was formed, and the new envelope was tied seamlessly into the original property.
Internally, walls were dry-lined, plastered and decorated to provide a bright, modern kitchen and dining space overlooking the garden.
