Solution
We carried out a careful strip-out, made good the existing structure and fully redecorated to a premium standard.
The garden-room style living space with glass roof was refurbished to open directly onto the landscaped communal gardens.
A bespoke kitchen with large island, integrated appliances and composite worktops was installed, alongside two luxury bathrooms finished with marble-effect tiles, walk-in shower, separate bath, backlit mirrors and wall-hung sanitaryware.
Engineered oak flooring, upgraded electrics, draught-improved joinery and refined materials throughout delivered a light-filled, refined apartment that respects the building’s period character.
