How we delivered this modern house extension and full home refurbishment in Shenfield, Essex
Solution
We began with a full strip-out of the original bungalow and installed a new steel frame to support the additional storey and create open-plan spaces.
A temporary roof and full scaffolding allowed progress in all weathers, while the exterior was re-rendered in crisp white with black-framed windows, doors and a bespoke entrance canopy.
Inside, we fitted a feature staircase with black steel balustrades and oak handrail, and created an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space centred around a roof lantern and 6-metre sliding doors onto the garden.
Herringbone LVT flooring, soft carpets to upper floors, bespoke joinery and high-spec bathrooms completed a full home transformation.
